DigitalCast provides a VSAT technical support around the Globe by its Dispatching Department.
Dispatching department provides a huge database for our technicians which are available to make any maintenance, site survey and installation for any VSAT Band (C-Band, KU-Band and KA Band) and also providing the equipment required for the maintenance or the installation (varies from country to another).

Site Surveys
– Provide site detailed pictures and Identify exact tools and suitable spots for installations and migrations.
– RFI test for VSAT sites.
– Passive WIFI test for CPE sites.

Installation services
– CPE installation for all CPE devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Racks passive networks, out of band modems …etc.).
– VSAT Penetrating and non-penetrating mounts installation for different types of antenna’s up to 4.5 M
– Relocation, re-pointing and dismantle service.
Maintenance Services

– Onshore and offshore for VSAT systems, TVRO and Fleet broadband systems.

On Call Service
To provide more flexibility and quick response to our customers we have established our on call service in site survey, maintenance and installations in all our covered regions with a call-out task.
Contractual Service
This is a contracted services where we provide a premium service to our customer through monthly or yearly paid contract with below benefits.
